What a cool place! The staff was awesome and had good suggestions for a project I'm working on. The mill itself is a mechanical mind's dream. I'd love to tour it sometime!

I come here for my tuffy dog food. The staff are nice. There's barely any wait and since tuffy's is locally sourced and my dog loves it I would definitely recommend coming here. They also sell a variety of feeds.

Great place! We come from Alexandria, MN to Heim Milling for our chicken feed. They load up an entire pallet of feed right into the bed of my truck and it always goes smoothly. I remove the tailgate of my truck and the forklift driver sets it nicely right into the bed. Been coming here every 6 months for 4 years now, very nice people and has always been a great experience with quick service.

If you want to support local places, this is one you should look at if you buy bird seed or animal feed. Straight from the mill to your car. Walk in, tell’em what you want, one man will go grab it while the other takes care of you in the office. Then they put it in your vehicle for you! Prices are the same or CHEAPER than Mills Fleet Farm or Wal Mart!

Just stopped there for the first time today to get rabbit pellets and I'm very impressed! Very much an old fashioned mill but you also get that old fashioned service. And my rabbit pellets are just as cheap as fleet farm, if not more. This is my go to place from here on out! Check them out!
